A design which does not meet customer expectations even if it is a rather perfect design, does not mean anything to us. The Gravity design team firstly analyzes the customer expectations and then presents the conclusive design by taking customer’s opinions with detailed drawings in order to achieve the most suitable and ergonomic design.
